Fused Cast α-β Alumina Block

Description:

Fused cast alumina (corundum) block is made of high-purity alumina, which has a very compact structure and excellent alkali resistance. Since impurities such as Fe2O3 and TiO2 are hardly contained, and the matrix glass phase is extremely small, foreign matter such as bubbles rarely occurs when it comes into contact with the glass liquid. It has excellent characteristics that it does not contaminate the glass liquid. Therefore, it is most suitable for the wall and pavement, feeder channel, passage etc. of high-grade glass melting furnace working tank. Additionally, in float glass furnace, it also serves as lip stone for operation. This is an very important refractories for glass industry now.
